Memories of a prayer that united the world

“Why are you afraid? Have you no faith?” is the title of a book by the Vatican Dicastery for Communication. It contains images and texts that illustrate the gestures and words of Pope Francis at the extraordinary “Urbi et Orbi” prayer service and blessing under coronavirus lockdown on March 27, 2020. Gov’t allows once-a-day church services of 10% capacity for Holy Week

The government’s Covid-19 task force reversed its earlier policy on religious gatherings, and allowed once-a-day church services at 10 percent capacity for the Holy Week.

The decision of the Inter-Agency Task Force for churches in Metro Manila and nearby provinces was announced by Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque on Friday.
